Susy Party Rental provides a wide variety of equipment rentals and services:

Reservations/Payment Terms:
- Reservations become a contract when a deposit is received and when the rental agreement is signed
- All orders must be paid 5 business days prior to delivery. If not, orders must be approved by management
- Payments made with cash, check or debited card will include a security deposit of 25% of the order or otherwise approved by management
- Payments made with credit card will include a 10% security deposit on your order or otherwise approved by management
Delivery Service:
- Rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or decks between the hours of: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or otherwise agreed to on contract
- Customers are responsible to ensure that the delivery premises are available between the Company business days and hours or otherwise agreed on contract
- This applies to the person who rented the merchandise as well as the person who is signing for the merchandise
Note: Delivery does not include setup up tables and chairs. This service will be charged separately.
Pick Up Service:
- Tables and Chairs must cleaned, folded and stacked in the safe and accessible location or where as delivered
- Dishes and linens must be placed in the same crates/racks or bags as delivered
- If the equipment is unavailable for pick up on the agreed time and date and additional charge will made or otherwise agreed by management
Damaged/Replacement Charges:
- Replacement cost will be accessed on any equipment due to lost, theft, abused
or any damage to the rental merchandise in the customer's premises and under
his/her responsibility.
- Repair cost will be adjusted after the equipment has been repaired or replaced
- Security deposit will be refunded ten business days after the equipment has been
returned and counted by our staff, unless other wise approved by the manager.
Cancellation Fees:
- If the order is canceled without a legitimate reason and in less than 48 hours of the due date, or before the equipment is to be delivered by us , we will reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50 % of full contract cost.
- If the order is canceled more than five days before delivery, the cancellation fee is 25% of the contract cost.
TENT RENTALS
Payment of a non-refundable 25% deposit is required when booking a tent.
ALL RENTALS
Customer has the right to cancel their orders 48 hours prior to their delivery date. But unless a very reasonable excuse or reason, We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total order if it is canceled with less than 48 hours notice. If we have already made the delivery or the delivery is canceled upon arrival, we reserve the right to charge the order in full.
Please make note of the following terms and conditions:
- All deliveries and pick ups are made to ground floors . Any flights of stairs are subject to additional labor fees and will be billed to your credit card at the time the labor is incurred. If you are paying by company check, an additional check will be required at the time the labor is incurred.
- All tables and chairs must be folded and stacked (or bagged) for pick up, unless otherwise agreed. If the merchandise is not ready at the time of pick up you will be charge a fee.
These fees will be payable at any of these occurrences.
- All deliveries & pickups are made between 9 AM & 5 PM with no time restrictions. Any additional attempts to make a pick up or delivery will result in a $25.00 charge.
- Customer agrees to pay for any missing or damaged merchandise. Rental insurance is available. This will protect you from merchandise that is returned damaged. You are still responsible for anything missing on pick up. Please contact your insurance representative for further details.
